Spirit & Truth Tuition & Policies

Welcome to Spirit & Truth Music! We're excited to help you or your child grow in musical skill and passion. Below are our key policies to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Tracks & Enrollment

We operate on three tracks throughout the year:

Winter/Spring Track: January – April

Summer Track: May – August

Fall Track: September – December

Enrollment is open year-round. Student concerts are held at the end of each track.

Fees

We collect a registration fee and tuition.

Registration Fee

  • $20 per student

  • Collected when new students first sign up and at the start of each new track

  • Exception: If a new student has been enrolled for less than 60 days when a track begins, the fee is waived until the following track

Tuition

  • Monthly: $140 per month

  • Per Track: $525 per track

  • Tuition is due at the beginning of the month or track

Note: Duo or group lessons are monthly only. Each account must have one responsible paying party.

Calendar & Closures

We follow a yearly calendar with built-in breaks. The studio is closed for private lessons during these weeks (7 full closures + 1 modified week):

  • Thanksgiving week

  • Christmas week

  • New Year’s week

  • Easter week

  • Independence Day (July 4th) week

  • Two additional "Director's Choice" weeks (announced at least 30 days in advance)

  • One worship band camp week (in partnership with Central church; facility open, but no private lessons – announced as soon as dates are set)

Expected lessons per track (for full-track enrollment):

  • Winter/Spring & Fall Tracks: 15 lessons

  • Summer Track: 14 lessons (plus optional band camp participation)

Cancellations & Makeup Lessons

  • Student cancellations: Qualify for a makeup with at least 24 hours notice

  • Instructor cancellations: Always honored with a makeup lesson

Signing Up (3 Simple Steps)

Important: Please communicate with a staff member first to confirm availability and a regular lesson time before proceeding.

1. Register Online: Navigate to Register tab on our website. Select New Student or Returning Student.

2. Pay Registration Fee: Go to Make a Payment and select Pay Registration Fees.

3. Pay Tuition: Go to Make a Payment and select "Students of [Your Assigned Instructor]" and follow the prompts (choose monthly or per-track payment).
